My spine "thanks" me every day I do Pilates with Lina... For the past 3 years, she has been developing a training program tailored to my needs, resulting in a much better quality of life for me. I do Pilates on the recommendation of my orthopedist. I found excellent service at Lina Fisio Pilates. I recommend them.

Wonderful teacher! Challenging, authentic classes, all with a lot of humor. Extremely clean environment, I never saw a speck of dust there. I highly recommend it; here you learn what Pilates really is! What your body and mind are capable of doing and evolving! Congratulations, great job, young lady!

This studio is simply spectacular, the instructor/owner Aline is very competent and committed to her work, progress is guaranteed at this studio. I wish there were more Lina Pilates studios throughout the Federal District. The studio is clean, air-conditioned, has new and good equipment, the classes are in pairs but with totally personalized programs. I love this studio!

She's also meticulous and pays close attention to the student's practice throughout the entire class, which sets her apart from many professionals.
